Terms of Service

1. Who can use PLANS

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for what happens under your account.

2. What PLANS is — and isn't

PLANS is a free tool for posting and discovering plans created by members. We don't organize, host, supervise, sponsor or verify plans, venues or members, and we don't run background checks. Meeting people you don't know involves risk. You decide whether to join a plan and you are responsible for your own safety and conduct. Read our safety guidance.

PLANS is free. We don't charge fees, sell tickets or process payments. Never send money to another member through or because of PLANS.

3. Your content

Plans, messages, profile details and photos you post are your content. You keep ownership of it. You give PLANS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and distribute it only to operate and improve the service (for example, showing your public plan to other members or in a link preview). This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where others have already received it (such as messages in a group chat) or we must keep it for legal or safety reasons.

You promise you have the rights to what you post and that it follows these terms and our Community Guidelines.

4. Rules

• No harassment, threats, hate, or sexual content involving anyone who hasn't consented — and nothing involving minors.
• No scams, spam, commercial solicitation, pyramid schemes, or plans that are really ads.
• No impersonation, fake accounts, or misleading plans.
• No illegal activity, weapons sales, drugs, or dangerous activities presented as safe.
• No posting other people's private information, including home addresses.
• No scraping, automated access, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass security or rate limits.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content, hide plans, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or put people at risk, with or without notice. We review reports but can't review everything and don't pre-screen content. If we act on your account and you believe it was a mistake, contact us to appeal.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we protect it — including how we keep your location approximate.

7. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. See Account deletion for what happens to your data.

8. Disclaimers

PLANS is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not responsible for the conduct of any member, online or offline, or for any plan, venue or activity.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PLANS and its team won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the service or interactions with other members. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is $0, since PLANS is free).

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material we'll tell you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use PLANS means you accept the updated terms.
