Community Guidelines

PLANS works because people show up for each other. These guidelines keep it welcoming, honest and safe.

Draft — pending legal review. This policy was written in plain language for PLANS's beta and must be reviewed by qualified counsel for each jurisdiction where PLANS operates before public launch.

Be real

  • Use your real first name and a photo that's actually you.
  • Post plans you're actually doing. Update or cancel them if things change — people are counting on you.
  • One account per person. No impersonation.

Be kind

  • No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or discrimination.
  • PLANS isn't a dating app. Don't use plans or chats to pursue unwanted romantic or sexual attention.
  • Respect “no.” If someone leaves a plan or doesn't reply, let it go.
  • No sexual content, and nothing that sexualizes anyone.

Keep it safe

  • Plan to meet in public places. Don't post home addresses — yours or anyone else's.
  • No plans involving illegal activity, weapons, illegal drugs, or dangerous stunts.
  • Be clear about what a plan involves (skill level, cost at the venue, physical difficulty).

Keep it human

  • No spam, advertising, selling, fundraising, MLM recruiting or promotional “plans.”
  • No scams. Never ask members for money, gift cards, crypto or personal financial information.
  • No bots or automated posting.

Hosts

  • You can remove people from plans you host. Use it for safety and respect, not to discriminate.
  • If you cancel, do it as early as possible — everyone going is notified automatically.

Reporting and blocking

Tap “…” on a person, plan or message to report or block. Reports are confidential. Blocking hides you from each other and removes them from plans you host. Our team reviews reports and may remove content, hide plans, or suspend accounts.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

Consequences

Depending on severity we may warn, remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts permanently. Threats of violence and exploitation lead to immediate removal and may be referred to law enforcement. See the Terms.
